ADM Residential is an independent estate agency we are passionate about what we do here, we are not your “Bog Standard” Estate Agent for us is a commitment to our clients and to our Brand at ADM Residential.
Are you that person that wants to give great customer service to your customers, got the extra mile, think on your feet, be productive and bring in new business.

As an expert Agent you'll usually specialise in either sales or letting of residential properties

You'll deal with the basics, calls, emails, maintenance , market properties, with the aim of negotiating the best price for your client.
Your role will involve frequent liaison with tenants and landlords, buyers, sellers, mortgage brokers, surveyors, solicitors and other estate agencies during transactions. You may also handle chains taking place deal with all types of estate agents connected to the sale.

Responsibilities:-
As an estate agent in England,you'll need to:
collect information about a property and arrange for photographs to be taken
visit and talk to sellers about their property and its special features
build up the sale particulars on a property
market and promote properties for sale
represent the sellers in negotiation with prospective buyers
monitor sales as they proceed and liaise with all interested parties including mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors and other estate agents
advise clients and help buyers decide what they want to buy
make sure that the price agreed is acceptable to both buyer and seller
keep up to date with trends in the relevant property market.
If you work in the lettings area of estate agency you'll need to:
vet prospective tenants by collecting references and doing credit checks
ensure properties meet legal and health and safety requirements, e.g. gas safety certificates
draw up tenancy agreement contracts
collect or organise rent payments and chase late rent.
Salary
Starting salaries for estate agents are in the region of £16k depending on hours ect. “Plus any commission you earn”

With experience, salaries can rise to TBA plus commission. ( you get what you put into commissions how hard will you push for yourself.

Determining factors are you driven to transform possible clients into actual business, your qualifications you must have previous experience in this industry, or like

Working hours
You'll generally work a basic min 35 to 40 hours week. Working hours typically include 1-2 Saturdays.
Part-time work is possible as long as is fits around our business needs, you must work Saturdays,
Work is office based, but you'll also spend a s and cover any holidays.
.Some significant amount of time visiting properties, either for marketing opportunities or for viewings with potential buyers, photos ect.
Because travel within a working day is so frequent, a full driving licence is extremely helpful and is likely to be a requirement of the job.
You will be expected to dress smartly and have a good time keeper, multi-task a must, English and Maths with IT skills.
