Learning Management System Administrator

Salary: £26,403 - £28,142 pa

Hours: 37 hours per week (part-time considered)

Contract: Permanent

Location: Huntingdon

About the Role

In this role, you will support the Digital Learning Team Manager in the management of our Learning Management System (LMS) and the maintenance of digital learning materials. You will work closely with colleagues across the Training Centre, Combined Fire Control, and the Application Support Group to ensure our digital learning resources are engaging, accessible, and effective.

The role involves coordinating daily LMS administrative tasks, including user management, course allocation, reporting, and troubleshooting system issues for end-users. You will play a key part in increasing the operational resilience and capacity of the team, ensuring data accuracy, routine system compliance, and that our learning platform runs smoothly to support service-wide needs.

About You

Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing workloads, manage daily support requests alongside tasks, and meet strict deadlines while maintaining high accuracy
Proven ability to strictly follow, maintain, and document standardised administrative processes, workflows, and system procedures with a high degree of precision.
Proven track record of establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with people of differing levels of seniority both internally and externally
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
Able to build collaborative working relationships across the organisation, communicating in an open, constructive, and approachable manner
