The Role

This is in its essence a closing role.

You’ll be based in our Clydebank office, speaking with customers who have already been qualified and booked for an online appointment. They’ve chosen this format because they can’t accommodate a home visit or live remotely.

Your job is simple: understand the customer, present the right solution and close the sale.

You’ll:

Conduct 4–5 pre-booked appointments per day
Build rapport and understand customer needs
Deliver professional Zoom/Teams presentations
Explain our renewable energy solutions, savings and ROI
Tailor solutions to each customer
Handle objections and answer questions
Negotiate where required
Ask for the sale and close the deal
Complete sales documentation accurately
Follow up when required
Consistently hit and exceed sales targets

Who We’re Looking For

We want experienced salespeople who know how to close.

Ideally, you’ll have:

3+ years’ sales experience
Proven experience closing high-value sales
Experience in direct, field, telesales or internal sales
A strong record of achieving targets
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Confidence handling objections and negotiating
The ability to build rapport quickly
Strong organisation and attention to detail
A competitive, driven and commercially minded attitude
Ambition to earn £60,000+ OTE

Renewable energy or home improvement experience is advantageous.

Most importantly, you need to be a closer — someone who enjoys turning genuine opportunities into sales.
