We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Senior Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding salon experiences while contributing to the overall growth of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Provide expert hair styling services, including cutting, colouring, and specialised treatments tailored to client preferences.
Deliver specialised services such as cutting, colouring, styling, extensions, and professional application.
Offer personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
Mentor and support junior stylists, fostering a collaborative and professional environment.
Handle front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, upselling products and services, and managing client records efficiently.
Cultivate strong client relationships through excellent customer service and personalised care to encourage repeat business.
Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in hairdressing and beauty treatments to provide innovative services.

Skills

Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across various styles.
Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to upsell products and additional services tactfully.
Experience in store management or supervisory roles within a salon environment is advantageous.
Ability to mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
Competence in handling front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and client management.
