Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Insurance Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing insurance documentation, processing the administrative parts of claims, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our insurance management on behalf of clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong analysis skills and clerical experience to contribute to a professional environment dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain accurate insurance records and documentation
Liaise with clients, insurers, and internal teams to facilitate communication and resolve queries
Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence management
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal procedures at all times

Qualifications

Previous clerical experience within an insurance or administrative setting is preferred
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent analysis skills to interpret policy information and identify discrepancies or issues
Proficient in using office software such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and documentation
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
