Full job description

We are looking for...

You may be a Healthcare Assistant looking to spend more meaningful time with clients, a medical student aiming to enhance your bedside manner, or simply someone who has found fulfilment in supporting a loved one or friend to live well and maintain their independence.

Day to Day, you will likely be involved in:

Supporting people with their daily routines
Personal Care
Helping with medicines
Preparing meals
Tidying and cleaning around the house
Helping people with their hobbies
Popping to the shops, or accompanying people on outings or appointments
Chatting to people about their lives, wishes and thoughts
Making sure people are comfortable, happy and safe

You will treat clients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals with kindness and respect, taking the time to listen, understand their needs and feelings, and respond with warmth, empathy, and honesty.

Experience isn’t necessary as we provide full training, but it is great if you do have some. Our offices are based in Plymouth, but we work across Devon, Plymouth and surrounding areas.
