We're growing fast, investing heavily in our commercial team, and building a national sales function. This role gives you the opportunity to be part of that journey early, with genuine progression as the team scales.

What will I be doing at Shoothill?

As an Account Manager, you'll be the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of Shoothill clients, responsible for retaining, developing and growing those relationships over the long term.

Reporting directly to our National Sales Manager, your role will include:

Owning and nurturing a portfolio of existing client accounts
Building genuine, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
Identifying opportunities to grow accounts through cross-sell and upsell across our full-service range
Running regular account reviews and acting as the client's voice inside Shoothill
Working closely with our delivery, support and technical teams to make sure clients get real value
Managing renewals, contracts and commercial conversations with confidence

This is a true consultative role. You'll be growing accounts across services like:

Custom software and SaaS platform development
Managed IT and Cybersecurity services
Cloud and Microsoft 365 solutions
Digital transformation and AI consultancy
Creative, digital marketing & websites

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who:

Has B2B account management or client-facing sales experience (Website & Marketing, IT, SaaS or professional services ideal but not mandatory)
Is confident speaking to senior stakeholders, from operations managers to directors and owners
Genuinely cares about client outcomes, not just the next invoice
Can spot commercial opportunities and knows how to develop them
Is organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple accounts at once
Wants a career, not just a job

You don't need to be highly technical, but you do need to be commercially sharp, curious, and credible in front of clients.

Pay: £28,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
