Overview
Join our vibrant team as a Front of House Waiting Staff member, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you'll be the welcoming face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently managing food and beverage orders. Your passion for hospitality and attention to detail will help foster a lively, upscale environment that guests love to return to. Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders
Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Manage table settings, clear dishes, and assist with bussing to maintain a clean and inviting environment
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, while maintaining proper sanitation standards
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food safety, proper food handling, and timely food preparation
Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction in both restaurant and nightclub settings

Skills

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a focus on guest relations and customer service excellence
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
Previous experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is highly desirable
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours
Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive attitude
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing procedures
Experience with serving, bussing tables, host/hostess duties, or food preparation enhances your candidacy
Knowledge of the food industry standards related to hospitality, guest services, and food industry best practices
