Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking 2 reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join a site in Glastonbury on a listed house project. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various operational tasks across our site, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with loading and unloading materials, equipment, and supplies as required
Support the preparation and cleaning of work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
Carry out general manual tasks such as lifting, moving, and stacking items in accordance with health and safety guidelines
Support team members with specialised tasks when necessary, including basic maintenance and organisation of tools and materials
Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
Report any hazards or unsafe practices to supervisors promptly
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment throughout the shift

Qualifications

CSCS card
3-point PPE
UK Driving License ideally to get to site.
Previous experience in manual labour is advantageous but not essential
Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team
Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in a manual labour setting
