About Us

We are a growing Leeds-based property company managing a portfolio of residential rental properties and serviced accommodation. We are looking for a highly organised, proactive individual to help coordinate the day-to-day running of the portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in property, lettings, estate agency or administration who enjoys variety and working independently.

Responsibilities

Carry out regular property inspections.
Coordinate maintenance and liaise with contractors.
Handle routine tenant and guest enquiries.
Arrange viewings and assist with tenant sourcing.
Manage council tax, utilities and general property administration.
Keep tenancy files, compliance documents and property records up to date.
Organise gas safety, EICRs and other compliance requirements.
Chase outstanding maintenance jobs through to completion.
Provide regular updates on ongoing issues and completed tasks.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in property, lettings, estate agency or administration.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident communicator with good customer service skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Competent using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
