Job Overview

A unique opportunity to join our well-established, professional and friendly team at Sensoria. Your passion for the role will shine through to our lovely clientele to give them an exceptional experience. You will deliver personalised skincare and beauty treatments to help clients look and feel their best. You will create a warm and welcoming environment to make our clientele feel at ease and inspire confidence satisfaction. As a team player, this position offers an opportunity to further develop your skills, have a fixed rota, a good work-life balance, the ability to earn more money through a commission structure and optional salon management training.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of beauty treatments such as Dermalogica skin treatments, waxing, massage, eye treatments, manicure and pedicure with precision and care
Provide expert advice on beauty treatments, homecare product recommendations, and personalised treatment plans tailored to each client’s individual needs
Ensure all treatment areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene according to health regulations and salon presentation to salon guidelines
Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to clients’ concerns and ensuring their comfort throughout each session
Promote retail products effectively by educating clients on their benefits and usage to enhance their beauty routines
Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client preferences, and progress for future reference
Maintain a caring and positive attitude that encourages repeat bookings and builds lasting client relationships

Skills

Proficiency in beauty and skin treatments
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically in English
Strong communication skills to explain treatments confidently, listen attentively to client needs and speak to people on the telephone
Knowledge of skincare products, tools, and current beauty trends
Ability to work efficiently to commercially acceptable standards while maintaining attention to detail
A genuine passion to deliver good results for our client base
Flexibility to adapt to different client requests and evolving beauty standards
