Technician – Field Service & Installation

Location: UK Wide (Extensive Travel Required)

Role Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Working Hours:

· Monday to Thursday: 9:00am to 5:00pm

· Friday: 9:00am to 4:00pm

Key Responsibilities

As Technician, you will:

· Install, service, maintain, and repair Reval UK's assisted bathing products at customer sites across the UK.

· Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally.

· Complete all service reports, installation records, and documentation accurately and within required timescales.

· Ensure compliance with all customer site procedures, including health, safety, and hygiene protocols.

· Maintain company equipment, tools, vehicles, and warehouse areas in a clean, organised, and safe condition.

· Represent Reval UK professionally at all times, delivering an exceptional customer experience.

· Travel throughout the UK, including occasional overnight stays when required.

Skills and Experience Required

Essential

· Valid CSCS Card.

· Full, clean UK driving licence.

· Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.

· Excellent customer service and communication skills.

· Good organisational and planning skills.

· Competent in the use of iPads, smartphones, email systems, and electronic testing equipment.

Desirable

· Electrical qualification or relevant electrical experience.

· Plumbing qualification

· Fork Lift Licence
