Busy, Family‑Owned Business

Looking for a role where you’re truly part of the team? We’re a close‑knit, family‑owned business searching for a General Admin Assistant who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and loves getting stuck in.

This is a hands‑on, varied role where you’ll be right at the heart of the business—keeping everything organised, supporting the team, and delivering great service to our customers. No two days are quite the same, and that’s exactly how we like it.

What you’ll be doing:

Creating and managing job sheets
Handling procurement – ordering materials, liaising with suppliers, and tracking deliveries
Managing stock and inventory systems (Kanban)
Document control and keeping records accurate and up to date
Answering the phone and providing excellent customer service
Preparing quotes and coating reports for customers
Supporting general admin and helping wherever needed across the business

What we’re looking for:

Strong organisational and admin skills
A confident, friendly telephone manner
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work independently
Comfortable using computers and office systems
A proactive, can‑do attitude – you roll your sleeves up and get stuck in
Someone who enjoys improving processes and bringing ideas to the table
Experience in admin, procurement, or stock control is helpful, but not essential
