Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Working Pub Manager to work and oversee operations in our Restaurant/Wedding Venue service establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising staff, managing food production, and fostering a positive work environment.

Duties

Lead and manage a team of culinary professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.
Coordinate food production processes, ensuring timely preparation and presentation of meals.
Train and develop staff in culinary techniques, hospitality standards, and customer service skills.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and improve overall dining experiences.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Background in culinary arts or food production is highly desirable.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and guests.
