We are looking for an experienced Accounts Admin with a focus on sales ledger to manage and maintain our financial records. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of sales invoices and related tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of our finance team.

Key Responsibilities as Accounts Admin - Sales Ledger:

Process and manage sales ledger, including raising invoices and chasing outstanding payments.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Handle queries from customers and internal teams.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Assist in month-end reporting and general finance support.
Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements as Accounts Admin - Sales Ledger:

Previous experience in an accounts or finance role, particularly with sales ledger experience.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good understanding of accounting software and Excel.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
