The Opportunity

We're looking for a customer-focused Mortgage Adviser to join our award-winning team.

You'll provide professional mortgage advice to new and existing customers, helping them make informed decisions on some of the most important financial commitments of their lives. Whether supporting first-time buyers, home movers, customers looking to remortgage or existing members seeking further borrowing, you'll ensure every customer receives outstanding service and the right outcome for their circumstances.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing advice on regulated mortgage contracts

Conducting appointments face-to-face, by telephone and via video call

Supporting customers through the mortgage application journey from enquiry to completion

Managing your own diary and customer pipeline effectively

Building strong and lasting customer relationships

Delivering excellent customer outcomes while maintaining regulatory compliance

Identifying opportunities to refer customers for protection and insurance services where appropriate

What We're Looking For

Essential

CeMAP qualified (or equivalent recognised qualification)

Experience providing advice or working within a regulated environment

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to manage competing priorities effectively

Commitment to delivering the best outcomes for customers

Desirable

Mortgage advice experience

Financial services experience

Experience working within an FCA regulated environment
