Job Location : Wigan WN3 5BA

Are you a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer who has experience in Conveyancing looking for a new opportunity?

Your role will involve managing a varied case load of residential conveyancing matters including buying, selling, re-mortgages, help to buy. If you have experience of commercial property transactions this would also be helpful.

You will be a qualified and practising Solicitor, Legal Executive or a fee earner with at least 2 years of relevant experience. You will have the following:

Experience of running a relevant caseload
Knowledge of the type of work mentioned above
Experience in heading up a team

You will be a confident, self-motivated lawyer and will be competent to use Outlook, Word and Practice Management systems.

It is essential that you possess rounded client service skills and you must be able to empathise with a wide range of clients in order to resolve the most sensitive and complicated practicalities involved in these areas of law. Of particular importance will be organisational and communication skills. The successful candidate will be committed to team work, and be willing to engage in business development and networking to help promote the firm and your department.
