Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join T&M Reuse Yorkshire Ltd as an Admin and Sales Executive. As an IT recycling and disposal company, this role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily administrative functions while contributing to sales growth and customer acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, processing collections and orders, maintaining efficient office operations, and generating new business. This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to both administration and sales within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions with professionalism and courtesy.
Assist clients with enquiries relating to IT equipment collection, recycling, and disposal services
Prepare quotations and process bookings for IT equipment collections
Proactively generate new business through cold calling and outbound sales activity
Create and manage email marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and maintain client engagement
Maintain accurate records of customer details, collections, and sales activity using QuickBooks and HubSpot CRM
Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate collections and logistics with clients and internal teams
Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence management
Liaise with suppliers, partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth and compliant operations
Monitor invoicing, orders, and financial records using QuickBooks
Contribute to the development of sales strategies by providing insights from customer feedback

Monday - Friday: 9:30AM - 14:30PM.

Potential to become full time after 6 months.

Qualifications

2 years of experience in administration and sales support roles is required
Experience with cold calling, lead generation, or email marketing is highly advantageous
Proficiency in QuickBooks and HubSpot CRM is essential
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Friendly demeanour with a professional and confident attitude towards clients and colleagues
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail
