Job Overview

This is a 6-month fixed term contract.

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that administrative functions run smoothly and efficiently. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a productive environment where team members can thrive. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills while supporting a vibrant workplace culture. Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls with professional phone etiquette
Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating office events to optimize team productivity
Support clerical tasks such as copying, scanning, and mailing correspondence as needed
Ensure the office environment is tidy, well-stocked, and welcoming for staff and visitors

Experience

Proven office experience demonstrating strong organizational and administrative skills
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Previous clerical experience including filing, and document management
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
