Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a well organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills and be proficient in using various software applications especially MS Excel to support our daily operations. This role requires excellent phone etiquette and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanour.

3 Months possibly longer depending on our workload.

9.30am-2.30pm daily

Responsibilities

Manage data entry -uploading to work schedule portal.
Handle incoming calls and correspondence with clients with professionalism and courtesy.
Calling customers on a regular basis making appointments for our onsite staff.
Perform clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, managing diaries and schedules.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes.

Requirements

Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and MS office software applications.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated phone etiquette with strong verbal communication abilities.
Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
