Gardener (Full-Time) - Glasgow

Location: Glasgow (various domestic and commercial sites)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8AM - 4PM (40 hours per week)
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Start Date: ASAP

About Us

We are growing our Gardening team within the business based in Glasgow, delivering high-quality garden maintenance, soft landscaping and planting services to residential and commercial clients. With a team of passionate staff, we take pride in our reputation for reliability, quality of work and friendly service.

The Role

We're looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Gardener to join our team. This is a hands-on role working across gardens, estates and commercial properties, maintaining green spaces to a high standard.

Responsibilities include:

Grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming and weeding
Planting, pruning and general garden maintenance
Operating machinery (lawnmowers, hedge cutters, etc.)
Assisting with soft landscaping and seasonal tasks
Ensuring tools and equipment are properly used and maintained
Communicating with clients on-site when required

What We're Looking For

Previous gardening or grounds maintenance experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
Knowledge of plants, turf care and seasonal gardening tasks
Full UK driving licence
Able to work outdoors in all weather
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or in a team
Friendly and professional manner when dealing with clients
