Job Overview

**MUST HAVE CIS**

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Painter and Decorator to join our dynamic team for an urgent start. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and decorating services across various construction and renovation projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to showcase their craftsmanship in a fast-paced environment with immediate start availability.

Duties

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
Apply paints, varnishes, wallpapers, and other decorative finishes with precision and attention to detail
Use a variety of tools including brushes, rollers, spray guns, and scaffolding to complete projects efficiently
Follow project specifications, safety guidelines, and deadlines to deliver exceptional results on time
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to coordinate work progress and address any issues promptly
Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste responsibly
Conduct quality checks throughout the project to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship are met

Requirements

Proven experience in construction painting and decorating with a strong portfolio of completed projects
Valid driving license preferred for transportation between sites
Excellent communication skills in English to understand project requirements and collaborate effectively
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting with minimal supervision
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to painting and decorating activities
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering flawless finishes
Flexibility to start immediately and adapt to changing project schedules
