Full job description

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting a busy team? Join us at Parkdean Resorts as an Administrator, where you’ll play a vital role in keeping our park running smoothly and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.
What you will be doing...

Provide essential administration and finance support across the park.
Manage financial processes, including recording invoices, preparing accruals, and resolving supplier queries.
Maintain Holiday Homeowner accounts, ensuring accurate billing and compliance with gas, electrical, and insurance documentation.
Keep employee records and training files up to date.
Assist with health & safety compliance, audits, and documentation.
Support seasonal recruitment activities, from placing adverts to coordinating events and inductions.
Generate reports and data to help drive operational improvements.
Uphold safeguarding responsibilities and ensure compliance with company policies.

About you...

Experience in financial processes such as payroll, credit control, and purchase ledger.
Strong IT skills, including Sage Payroll and Microsoft Office.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication.
A positive ambassador for our company values, with integrity and reliability.
Customer-focused mindset, ensuring the needs of guests and Holiday Homeowners come first.
