The Role

This is a Sales Support / Customer Service role, not a sales role and it’s a chance to help shape how it develops as the wider team grows. To competently handle the full role, you'll build technical product knowledge over time, with structured support from our technical team. No technical background is required to start, just a genuine willingness to learn (although, a technical background is strongly advantageous).

Our product range

Wireless gate and door intercoms
Driveway and perimeter alarms, including solar and battery-powered motion sensors
CCTV and outdoor camera systems, including solar/4G kits for remote sites
Telescopic security posts, bollards, and access control equipment
Alarm systems and monitoring kits
Wider security accessories — panic alarms, sirens, gate locks, and property marking products
Bespoke, custom-built security solutions, including circuit board and relay-based systems, tailored to unique customer requirements

What You’ll Be Doing

Answering inbound sales enquiries and customer service calls/emails
Handling order queries, general product questions, and complaints
Processing orders and liaising with our warehouse and technical team
Following our customer communication process
Building product knowledge over time and applying it to customer queries as your confidence grows

What we're looking for

Strong telephone manner and clear written communication
Customer service or sales support experience (e-commerce preferably)
Good computer skills is essential, as you'll work across multiple systems daily
Comfortable working alongside AI tools as part of day-to-day workflow
Calm under pressure, organised, and able to follow process precisely
A genuine interest in learning technical product knowledge

Optional good-to-haves:

Low-voltage electronics experience (relays, basic wiring, 12V)
Technical after-sales or support background
French language skills
