Job Summary:

Marketing Executive – Part-Time / Hybrid

£16–£22 per hour | 16 hours per week | Hybrid | September 2026 start - Initial fixed term 6 month contract

Hilltop Dental Spa – Birmingham

We are looking for a creative, experienced and proactive Marketing Executive to join our team on a part-time basis, working 2 days per week.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of our digital marketing, generate new patient enquiries and help grow our private and implant business.

The role will be predominantly remote, with attendance at the practice when needed for meetings, content creation, photography/video and in-house marketing.

The role

You will be responsible for managing and developing our marketing across:

Meta advertising – Facebook & Instagram campaigns
Google Ads – managing, monitoring and optimising campaigns
SEO – improving our Google visibility and local search presence
Website management – making updates, amendments and improving content
Content creation – social media, advertising and promotional content
Graphic design – creating engaging marketing materials
Lead generation and conversion
Managing and monitoring leads through a CRM
Tracking where enquiries come from and reporting on marketing ROI
Supporting in-house marketing campaigns, promotions and events
Developing campaigns specifically around implants, cosmetic dentistry and private treatment
Working with the practice team to identify new marketing opportunities

What we're looking for

We are looking for someone who can work independently, take ownership and demonstrate measurable results from their marketing work.

Requirements:

Degree-level qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related subject – required
Proven professional experience in digital marketing – required
Strong hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads
Experience with SEO and website management
Experience creating digital content for social media and advertising
Experience with graphic design and marketing materials
Experience using lead generation or CRM platforms
Strong understanding of digital analytics, reporting and marketing performance
Excellent written and visual communication skills
Creative approach with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Able to demonstrate previous work through a portfolio, case studies or examples
Able to demonstrate measurable results from previous campaigns

Desirable:

Previous experience within dentistry, healthcare or another regulated industry
Understanding of dental marketing, implants, cosmetic dentistry or private healthcare
Experience with DenGro or similar dental lead management platforms

Meta or Google Ads campaigns you have managed
Results achieved from previous campaigns
Websites or SEO projects
Social media/content you have created
Graphic design work
Examples of how you have generated and converted leads

A portfolio, case studies or examples of previous work are strongly preferred.

Important

You must not currently work with or provide marketing services to a local dental competitor.

We are looking for someone who can become an extension of our team and take genuine ownership of our marketing.
