Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead and optimize our manufacturing processes. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily production activities, ensure adherence to quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your leadership will foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and innovation, enabling us to deliver exceptional products to our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence manufacturing excellence and operational success on a global scale.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate all manufacturing operations, ensuring production schedules are met efficiently and safely.
Implement and maintain process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
Oversee quality control procedures to guarantee products meet rigorous standards and specifications.
Manage supply chain activities related to raw materials, inventory levels, and logistics coordination.
Utilize ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as SAP to monitor production data, track KPIs, and generate reports for continuous analysis.
Collaborate with engineering teams on process improvement projects and mechanical troubleshooting efforts.
Foster a culture of safety by enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations across the manufacturing site.

Requirements

Proven experience in manufacturing management, preferably within a high-volume production environment.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems like SAP and other supply chain management tools.
Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement maintenance strategies.
Excellent understanding of quality control standards and assembly processes.
Effective leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
