Full job description

Job Title:

Cleaning Operative

We are looking for a cleaning operative to join our existing team member, working Monday to Friday 17:30- 20:00 (12.5 hours per week)on the Mira Technology Park.

Flexible Working Arrangements:

This vacancy is for a key holding position, therefore the successful applicants will have the opportunity to work within flexible parameters outside of the above stated shift time subject to pre-approved arrangements with our contract management teams.

Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas to an expected high standard
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
Dust and wipe down surfaces
Clean and sanitise washrooms
Empty waste receptacles and replace liners
Refill soap dispensers, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed
Clean glass partitioning, mirrors, and surfaces
Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisor

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred but not required
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Due to the location driving is essential
