About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Labourer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role working across a variety of residential construction and refurbishment projects, assisting skilled tradesmen while also carrying out tasks independently when required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, take pride in their work, and be keen to develop their skills within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

Assisting builders and tradesmen on site
Site preparation and maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
Loading and unloading materials
Basic demolition and strip-out work
Mixing materials and assisting with general building tasks
Assisting with groundworks and drainage
Moving materials and equipment safely around site
Carrying out general labouring duties to a high standard

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a labourer within the construction industry
Good understanding of health and safety on site
Able to work using your own initiative as well as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and motivated
Physically fit and capable of manual work
Full UK driving licence
Own transport preferred
A willingness to learn new skills and progress into a multi-skilled builder role
