Location: Estuary Retail Park, Wadebridge
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time (Approx. 35 hours per week)
Working Pattern: 4-day week with weekend shifts on a rota (including Saturdays and Sundays)

The Role

We're looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Shop Assistant to join our team at our Estuary Retail Park shop in Wadebridge.

You'll play an important role in delivering excellent customer service, preparing attractive food displays and helping to ensure the shop is clean, welcoming and fully stocked throughout the day.

If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a busy retail environment and take pride in providing great service, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Prepare and maintain attractive food displays.
Maintain high food hygiene and quality standards.
Keep customer seating and dining areas clean and welcoming.
Support the team with day-to-day shop duties to ensure smooth operations.

What We're Looking For

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Reliable, punctual and dependable.
Able to work weekends on a rota basis, including Saturdays and Sundays.
Flexible to provide additional cover during holidays and sickness.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Able to work well as part of a team.
Enthusiastic, hardworking and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
