Event Services Assistant | Glasgow | Full-Time | Entry Level

We're looking for an enthusiastic Event Services Assistant to join our growing team in Glasgow.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting the delivery of live events, exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and customer experiences. If you're organised, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

As an Event Services Assistant, you'll:

Support the setup, coordination, and successful delivery of live events and promotional activities.
Assist with venue preparation, event logistics, equipment setup, and operational planning.
Welcome guests, attendees, and clients while providing a professional and friendly experience.
Help coordinate event schedules and ensure activities run smoothly throughout the day.
Provide information about products, services, promotions, and event activities.
Monitor event areas to ensure presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained.
Work closely with colleagues, suppliers, and event coordinators to achieve campaign objectives.
Resolve routine customer enquiries and support on-site event operations.
Represent the company and its clients professionally at all times.
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development programmes.
