We pride ourselves on providing friendly service and memorable dining experiences in a relaxed atmosphere, as well as providing a range of wines, beers and cocktails to be enjoyed at leisure.

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Bartender/Server to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will play a key role in creating a warm environment for guests while expertly preparing drinks and delivering exceptional service. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure our guests leave satisfied and eager to return.

Duties

Predominantly this is a bar role, however some floor service will be required. Therefore you will need to be able to:
Take orders from guests accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service.
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with safety standards.
Provide attentive table service, including delivering food and drinks, checking on guest satisfaction, and handling special requests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Manage cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
Engage with guests in a friendly manner, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
Assist in setting up and closing down the bar area at the start and end of shifts.

Experience

Previous experience working in hospitality settings such as restaurants or bars is essential, with Rosette or Michelin experience highly preferential
A knowledge of bartending techniques and an ability to learn cocktail specifications and serving procedures quickly is essential. Barista experience is also highly desirable.
Familiarity with food safety standards to ensure proper handling of beverages and food items.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or drinks orders efficiently during busy periods.
Basic math skills for handling payments accurately.
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
