Marina La Cucina is a vibrant, fast-paced Italian restaurant beautifully situated right on the Harbour in Porthmadog. We pride ourselves on serving authentic cuisine alongside warm, exceptional Welsh hospitality. As one of the busiest dining spots in the area, our team works hard, supports each other, and delivers outstanding experiences to every guest who walks through our doors.

The Role

We are seeking a driven, business-orientated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team on a part-time basis. You will work closely with management to keep front-of-house operations running seamlessly during high-volume service, maintaining our standards of hospitality while keeping an eye on floor efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house staff during busy lunch and dinner services.
Deliver exceptional customer service, warmly welcoming guests and resolving any feedback with tact and professionalism.
Maintain high operational standards, ensuring smooth table turns, stock management, and strict hygiene compliance.
Monitor daily sales targets, upsell menu items, and optimize seating capacity to drive business performance.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and daily team briefings.
