Events Assistant – Liverpool

Permanent, full-time | Based on-site in Liverpool | Monday to Friday
Base salary plus performance-related bonus | Immediate start available

Are you outgoing, organised and comfortable working with people?

We’re growing our Liverpool team and looking for an Events Assistant to support promotional campaigns and customer-facing events. You’ll help prepare and deliver event activity, represent client brands and ensure customers receive a positive, professional experience.

Previous events experience isn’t required. Full training, ongoing coaching and opportunities for progression will be provided.

The Role

This is a practical, customer-facing role suited to someone who enjoys varied work and being part of an energetic team.

You’ll support events from preparation through to delivery, working alongside colleagues to keep activity organised and on track. You’ll also engage with customers, communicate campaign messages and gather useful feedback.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the preparation and setup of promotional events
Representing client brands professionally
Welcoming and engaging customers
Explaining campaigns, products and services clearly
Answering questions and responding to customer needs
Coordinating materials and event resources
Helping the team work towards campaign targets
Monitoring activity and recording results accurately
Collecting customer feedback and campaign insights
Supporting the smooth running of each event

Training and Development

You’ll receive practical training in:

Event preparation and delivery
Customer engagement and brand representation
Face-to-face communication
Campaign and product knowledge
Sales and promotional techniques
Team coordination and problem-solving
Performance tracking and reporting
Leadership and campaign management fundamentals

As your skills and confidence develop, you may have opportunities to take greater responsibility for event activity, support new team members and progress towards leadership or campaign management roles.

Experience in events, promotions, hospitality, retail, customer service or sales may be helpful, but it is not essential.
