Full job description

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Management Trainee to join our Preston office on a full-time basis. This is a structured development programme designed to provide a complete, 360-degree understanding of our business, with fully paid training from day one and a clear pathway into management.

Working alongside experienced managers and mentors, the successful candidate will gain hands-on experience across a diverse portfolio of clients and sectors, building the commercial knowledge and leadership skills required to progress into a management role.

The role

As a Management Trainee, you will rotate through the key functions of the business, gaining practical experience in each. Your responsibilities will include:

Working with a varied range of clients across multiple sectors
Developing core skills in sales, marketing, client relations and business development
Shadowing team leaders and senior managers to understand operational and strategic decision-making
Taking on increasing levels of responsibility, including client account management and supporting the development of newer team members
Contributing to the day-to-day operations of the business
Progressing towards the management of your own team, campaigns and client portfolio

Candidate profile

No previous management experience is required, as full training is provided. Applications are welcome from graduates, career-changers and school leavers alike. We are looking for candidates who are:

Ambitious, with a genuine desire to progress into a management position
Confident communicators, comfortable working with clients and colleagues at all levels
Adaptable and able to work effectively across different clients, sectors and priorities
Receptive to coaching, with a strong appetite for professional development
Reliable, professional and able to commit to a full-time role
