We’re looking for a Contact Centre Agent to join our friendly team in Preston, Lancashire. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve queries, process orders, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.

What will you be doing?

Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues with care and efficiency

Managing order tracking, invoicing, returns, and discrepancies

Supporting the sales team with quotes, stock queries, and reporting

Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Identifying opportunities to improve our processes and customer experience

Ensuring customer complaints are handled fairly, quickly, and effectively.

Collaborating with peers and contributing to a positive team environment
