Are you passionate about using data, quality improvement and performance intelligence to make a real difference to people's lives?

Dorset Work Matters is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Quality & Performance Analyst to support the delivery and continuous improvement of our highly successful Individual Placement and Support (IPS) service. This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative partnership between Dorset HealthCare and Dorset Mental Health Forum, helping people experiencing mental health challenges achieve their employment goals as part of their recovery journey.

This newly developed role will play a key part in ensuring Dorset Work Matters continues to deliver high-quality, evidence-based employment support that achieves exceptional outcomes for the people we support.

We are looking for someone with experience in data analysis, quality assurance, performance monitoring or service improvement, with excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills. Advanced Excel skills and experience producing reports and dashboards are essential.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, innovative and high-performing service that is making a real difference to people's lives across Dorset.

Working closely with the Dorset Work Matters Project Lead, Business and Performance teams, Team Leaders and Employment Specialists, you will be responsible for:

Monitoring and analysing service performance against national IPS standards and local targets.

Producing performance dashboards, reports and quality assurance information.

Supporting IPS Fidelity Reviews and undertaking quality improvement activities.

Undertaking audits, data validation and thematic reviews.

Identifying trends, risks and opportunities to improve service delivery.

Developing meaningful performance intelligence to support decision-making.

Working collaboratively with Dorset Mental Health Forum, Community Mental Health Teams and Trust colleagues.

Supporting a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven learning and evidence-based practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining analytical skills with a passion for service improvement and making a measurable difference to people's lives.

Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of.
