Full job description

We are seeking a skilled Multi Trades person to join our team with at least 4 years experience. The role involves working on various building projects, predominantly domestic build work, extensions and alterations but may also include commercial works.

Duties:
Must be able to undertake one or more trade skills and be competent in those - will have a strong background in the following:-

Skills:

- Must be professional, productive and efficient at the skills you can offer
- Proficient in more than one trade skill e.g - a good allrounder
- Experienced in operating power tools safely and effectively
- Skilled in a trade with examples of work where possible
- Able to carry out work by being self motivated

Preferably living in the Surrey/Hants Border area as most projects are within this geographical area. The position offers a van after successful completion of probationary period.

Duties

Carry out general maintenance and repair work across various trades.
Use of power tools effectively and safely for tasks.
Execute with little or no supervision your trade and one other.
Conduct heavy lifting as necessary to complete projects efficiently.
Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring tools and materials are stored correctly.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

Qualifications

Proven experience in multiple trades.
Proficiency in using power tools safely and effectively.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
