Mozzo is a company with a big heart and big goals, and currently looking for an excellent and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join the growing marketing team. Someone who recognises the power of offline and online marketing actively working together, and wants to be part of a supportive team building something different, and that truly has an impact on the world.

The right attitude and mindset are as important as experience. We are looking for someone driven, methodical, creative and with excellent attention to detail. An exciting and varied role working across all sales and marketing channels, from ecommerce to print production, content creation to events, this person is well organised, a clear and competent communicator and learns quickly, taking ownership of, and pride in, their results.

Working in both B2B and D2C markets (primarily spanning the UK and US), across online and offline, the role is varied, fast-paced and collaborative.

A true generalist, experience and knowledge in content generation, social media community engagement, email campaign management, print production processes, proof-checking and Shopify web system (or similar) are preferred.

The right person will welcome the opportunity for professional development, supported by the Digital Marketing Manager and Director of Brand, and will work diligently within the wider marketing team to achieve excellent standards and make a meaningful contribution as Mozzo continues to grow in the UK, EU and the US.

What are the main duties of your role?

Oversee the planning, scheduling and management of content calendars in line with our communication strategy and quarterly plans.
Execute and monitor community management and engagement across all digital channels, making sure conversations are happening and our community feels heard and valued.
Manage uploads and assist with creation of website content including blogs, recipes, product updates and other website content.
Assist with email marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, segmentation and performance reporting. Finding ways to keep our customers engaged and informed.
Assist in coordinating video and photography content that showcases our products and brand, contributing to creative concepts, content planning and campaign execution across multiple channels.
Support the delivery of marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches and seasonal initiatives across online platforms and offline touch points.
Management of small-scale marketing print projects, and support in larger-scale activations.
Proof-checking digital and print pre-releases.
Event materials prep and process management, as well as event activation support.
Bring new ideas and fresh perspectives, helping us continually improve how we communicate with our audience.
Keep up to date with industry developments, what competitors are doing, and most importantly, what our customers are telling us through their behaviour and feedback.
Assist with marketing performance analysis, reporting on campaign effectiveness as well as consistently across social media, email and ecommerce channels.

What skills and experience will you have?

A strong understanding of social media platforms and content management – how content builds relationships and community, not just reach.
Experience in email marketing.
Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
Strong instinct and talent for great copy.
A super keen attention to detail.
Naturally creative, but whose ideas are grounded in insight, data and understanding what resonates with customers.
Comfortable analysing data.
Organised and enjoys making sure things don't fall through the cracks.
Skilled communicator.

*with ability and willingness to travel across the UK to Mozzo customer venues (+ potential for international travel)

Reporting to: Digital Marketing Manager, and Director of Brand
Salary: £28 - £30,000 (with opportunity for professional development as the business grows)
Minimum experience in marketing: 2 years
Other requirements: fluent in English (spoken and written), full driving license.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
