We’re working with an ambitious and expanding independent property company based in a prestigious South Manchester location, who are looking for a Sales Progression Administrator to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep property transactions moving, providing first-class administration and supporting an experienced Sales Progression team.

The Role

As a Sales Progression Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Sales Progression team and ensuring transactions progress as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting the Sales Progression team with all day-to-day administration
Carrying out regular property chain checks
Preparing and sending Memorandums of Sale
Monitoring sales and keeping records up to date
Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and other key parties
Receiving and processing survey reports
Updating internal systems with important sales progression information
Chasing outstanding information and documentation
Helping identify potential delays and escalating issues where necessary
Providing outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
Supporting the wider team wherever required

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicating with customers and property professionals
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
Proactive and able to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
A positive and enthusiastic team player
Professional, personable and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
Keen to develop and progress their career within property

Previous estate agency, conveyancing or sales progression experience would be essential. .
