Full job description

EPX Technical Services are an award-winning MSP based in both Staffordshire and the North-West, delivering IT Service Desk Support & consulting services to a wide range of business sectors.

We are looking for a proactive and professional Part Time Sales Administrator to join our growing team. As a Sales Administrator, you will be supporting the Sales and Marketing Team and act as a liaison between the Sales team and other departments within EPX.

Duties Include:

Support the Sales and Marketing Team by managing schedules, creating sales documents and proposals, generating sales and marketing related reports
Handle and prioritize prospects and customer requests among the Sales Team
Serve as liaison with other departments in the company to gather documentation and data for supporting the Sales Team
Creating transactional opportunities and agreements and liaising with the client for approval
Manage tickets on the sales boards and ensure all are kept up to date and valid
Support marketing activities
Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the service offerings of the company
Update sales tickets, activities and opportunities within our CRM
Upload and manage data into our CRM
Perform regular audits of data within the CRM
Develop and write processes and upload into our CRM
Assist with leading change within the Sales Department
Dealing with customer enquiries as required by phone, email, and Teams
Cover for other roles as required.
