Join Our Team: Digital Marketing Professional (Part-Time)

Are you an experienced digital marketer with a passion for the property sector? We are a small, dynamic agency specialising in property marketing, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team part-time.

What’s Involved:

Develop innovative digital strategies and content plans for B2B and B2C property clients
Implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search engines to boost client brand awareness and lead generation
Manage client social media accounts by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, managing Meta ads and analysing engagement metrics
Coordinate with the team on project management tasks to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives
Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads, adjusting strategies as needed
Create compelling copy for digital channels including blogs, newsletters, ads, and social media posts
Utilise Adobe Creative Suite to design visual content and update website pages effectively
Schedule posts and report from Semrush

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven knowledge of Google Suite, Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn and Semrush

- Fluent in devising digital strategy for both B2B and B2C audiences

- Strong skills in content planning, creation, and reporting

- Flexible, self-motivated and able to manage your own time

- Previous experience marketing in the property industry is a plus, but not essential
