Full job description

Dental Scotland, Glasgow, Bridge St one of the largest and fastest growing dental chains in the country, is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team. This is a pivotal role within our practice, where you will play a key part in boosting the practice reputation and meeting KPIs. The successful candidate will work alongside a talented team of dental professionals to ensure the smooth running of the practice and provide excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients in a warm and friendly manner, making them feel welcome and comfortable.
Answer telephone calls and schedule appointments, ensuring the practice diary is organised efficiently.
Manage patient records, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
Liaise with dentists and other team members to ensure the best possible care is provided to patients.
Handle patient enquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Process payments and prepare invoices, ensuring the smooth running of the practice's financial processes.
Maintain the practice's reputation by delivering excellent customer service and adhering to industry standards.
Work with the team to drive revenue in the practice and meet KPIs.

Requirements:

At least 1 year experience as a dental receptionist, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
Familiar with dental CRM e.g SFD
Hardworking and able to work as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
Good IT skills, with the ability to use practice management software and Microsoft Office programs.
Passionate and motivated to drive revenue in the practice.
Knowledge of the dental industry and treatments would be an advantage.

Hours:

9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
