PLUMBER – NORWICH

Under 1 Roof Co. is seeking an experienced Plumber to provide reactive and planned maintenance services across approximately 98 managed residential properties in Norwich.

Key Responsibilities:

Plumbing repairs and maintenance
Leak detection and fault diagnosis
Bathroom and kitchen plumbing repairs
Pipework and drainage issues
Emergency call-outs where required
HIU
Job reporting and documentation

Requirements:

Proven plumbing experience
Own tools and vehicle
Ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills
Right to work in the UK

Desirable:

Relevant plumbing qualifications
Experience within residential lettings/property management

Location: Norwich

Portfolio: 98 managed properties

Job Type: Self-employed/Subcontractor
