Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrator to join our dynamic team. This vital role combines financial management with administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, precision, and a proactive approach to managing accounts, processing transactions, and supporting administrative functions. Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including recording financial transactions and reconciling accounts using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
Prepare financial reports, statements, and summaries to support business decision-making.
Assist with payroll processing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
Support administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
Collaborate with external accountants or auditors during financial audits or tax preparations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations at all times.

Skills

Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial documentation.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Effective communication skills for interacting with team members, vendors, and clients.
Ability to adapt quickly to new software tools or procedural updates.
Prior experience in bookkeeping or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.
