Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of residential & HMO properties. This role is vital in ensuring properties are well-maintained, tenants or clients are satisfied, and operational efficiency is maximised. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, technical knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Join us to lead property management initiatives that foster safe, comfortable, and efficient environments for all.

Responsibilities

Manage the overall operation of assigned properties, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations
Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities, ensuring timely repairs and preventive upkeep
Oversee project management tasks related to property upgrades or renovations, including planning and execution
Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, providing leadership and clear direction
Develop and review schematics and technical drawings for property systems such as electrical or mechanical setups
Monitor property performance metrics, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations, such as Gas certificates, HMO Licensing renewals and all other certificates associated to rental properties - both residential and HMO (Houses of multiple occupation)
Maintain detailed records of property activities, inspections, repairs, and tenant communications

Requirements

Proven management experience with a focus on property or facilities oversight
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently
Leadership qualities with supervising experience in maintenance or facilities teams
Excellent communication skills in English to liaise effectively with tenants, contractors, and team members
Hands-on experience with maintenance procedures, electrical work, or mechanical troubleshooting is highly desirable

A driving license is essential and mileage is reimbursed at £0.55 / mile.

Pay: £26,436.00-£35,000.00 per year
