Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and dedicated Kitchen Staff to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidates will play a vital role in preparing and serving high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop culinary skills and gain valuable experience within the hospitality industry. Prior experience in catering, cooking, or restaurant settings is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.

Duties

Assist with meal preparation and food presentation to meet quality standards
Support the kitchen team in food safety and hygiene practices according to regulations
Prepare ingredients and assist with cooking tasks as directed by senior staff
Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of workstations and kitchen equipment
Serve food efficiently and courteously to customers or staff members
Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to maintain consistency
Help with stock rotation, inventory checks, and restocking supplies as needed
Support catering events by setting up and clearing away food stations

Requirements

Previous experience in catering, cooking, or restaurant environments is desirable but not mandatory
Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen setting
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Basic understanding of meal preparation, food presentation, and serving procedures
