Opportunity to join our exciting, growing hospitality group as SOUS CHEF

Following the fantastic success of Sofia’s, which opened in October 2025 and has quickly become known for its vibrant flavours and tapas-style dining experience, we are excited to announce the opening of our second venue – The Olive Grove. As part of our continued expansion, we are now looking for an experienced and passionate SOUS CHEF to join our growing kitchen team.

The Role: As SOUS CHEF, you will work closely with our Head Chef, helping to oversee our kitchen operations, maintaining high food standards, supporting junior team members, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day service across our busy venues.

Location: Hunstanton, Norfolk

Hours: Up to 50 hours per week on a rota basis - Including evenings, weekends, school holidays and bank holidays

We offer:

· Salary – £40,000+ ( depending on experience)

· Experience in a similar-level kitchen role
