We're looking for enthusiastic, people-focused Production Line Leaders to join us on a fixed-term basis and help drive performance, quality and safety across our production operation.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Production Line Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring our production lines run safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

You'll:

Lead and motivate a team of production operatives during your shift
Organise workloads to achieve production targets
Monitor product quality, food safety and hygiene standards
Support line start-ups, changeovers and shutdowns
Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues and escalate where required
Ensure production records are completed accurately
Promote a positive health & safety culture and safe ways of working
Coach and support colleagues to perform at their best
Drive continuous improvement and help reduce waste and downtime

This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same.

What We're Looking For

We're less interested in job titles and more interested in attitude, leadership and experience.

You'll likely have:

Experience working in a manufacturing, FMCG or food production environment
Experience leading or coordinating a team
Strong communication skills and a positive approach to people management
A commitment to quality, food safety and health & safety standards
Good problem-solving skills and the confidence to make decisions
Basic IT skills and the ability to complete production records accurately

Bonus Points If You Have:

Food manufacturing experience
Knowledge of GMP and hygiene standards
Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
Food Safety qualifications
