We currently have a vacancy in our finance team as a Sales Ledger Administrator.

Role Description:

The Sales Ledger Administrator is responsible for supporting the Financial Controller by maintaining the integrity of the sales ledger by ensuring that customer invoices, receipts, credit notes, and account records are processed accurately and efficiently. The role will also provide wider support and holiday cover for other areas within the finance function

Duties & Responsibilities:

Raise and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

Ensure all sales transactions are correctly recorded and allocated.

Review of Goods Delivered not Invoiced report and take follow up action as necessary

Generate and issue credit notes where authorised.

Proforma invoicing where necessary

Communicate with planning team, monitor customer account activity and identify discrepancies.

Provide Holiday Cover for other finance areas

Ad hoc finance support where necessary

Support the Financial controller

Logistics & Export Support

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a background in Finance/Accounts

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable

Experience working with ERP systems is desirable

Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in MS office

Strong interpersonal skills are essential

Excellent attention to detail is essential
