Bring elite health testing to the people who want it most
At TELOMYX we make elite health and performance testing accessible by bringing the clinic to the client. Our mobile clinics deliver gold-standard DEXA body composition, Resting Metabolic Rate and VO2 max testing, the same data top athletes rely on, to people who take their health, fitness and longevity seriously.
We are looking for a Mobile Health & Performance Specialist to run one of our mobile clinics from start to finish. You will drive it to location, set it up, and deliver a premium testing experience to every client who comes through the door.
It is a genuine mix of skills. You will be a confident driver, a capable hands-on operator of clinical testing equipment, and a warm, professional presence that puts clients at ease. You’ll receive training in how to deliver and interpret all of our tests to a high level. If you are passionate about health and longevity, great with people, and you want real autonomy instead of a desk, we would love to hear from you.
IMPORTANT: Two things to know before you apply.
First, this is a job for someone who loves the idea of talking to different clients all day about their health and goals. If you aren't someone who loves chatting to people all day, this isn't a job for you.
Second, we are a new business and we are growing fast. You need to be someone who will muck in, get involved and help out wherever you are needed. This role will keep changing over the coming year or so, so you have to be flexible and comfortable with things not standing still.
What you will actually do
- Start your day at the clinic lock-up, power up the equipment and prep the van for the road
- Drive the mobile clinic to the day's location and arrive ahead of the first appointment
- Level the clinic and run equipment calibration checks
- Welcome each client, take them through the consent process and talk through their goals
- Deliver DEXA and RMR tests in the clinic, and VO2 max tests at partner gym locations
- Enter client data accurately into the testing software
- Prepare and send out each client's test report
- Keep the clinic clean and well stocked, and manage your own daily schedule
- Close everything down safely and drive the clinic back to the lock-up
Appointments run 30 to 60 minutes, with natural breaks through the day. You will work on your own and own the whole client experience. Every test is someone trusting you with their health, so your job is to make it feel premium from the moment they arrive.
If you aren't someone who loves chatting to people all day, this isn't a job for you.
What we are looking for (essentials)
- Someone holding a full UK driving licence who is comfortable driving a large (Luton) van
- Genuinely good with people, warm, professional and quick to build rapport with all kinds of clients
- A real passion for health, fitness and longevity, and for helping people make progress
- Clear, confident communication, with the ability to explain health information in plain language
- Reliable, punctual and organised, happy working on your own and managing your own day
- Strong attention to detail, with the discipline to follow clinical and testing protocols precisely every time
- Confident with technology and comfortable learning testing equipment, software and booking systems
- Physically able to set up and operate equipment in the van, and happy to travel between locations
- Tactful and discreet with sensitive health and body composition information
- Flexible on hours, including early starts, evenings, weekends and the occasional public holiday
Nice to have (not essential, but tell us if you have it)
- Personal training qualification, or a background in fitness, wellness or healthcare
- Sports science, nutrition, physiology or nursing background
- Experience interpreting health or performance data
- Experience delivering consultations, coaching or working in a premium service environment
- First aid qualification
- Comfortable on camera or creating social content

What you will get
- £30,000 base salary plus performance bonus
- 40 hour week and 28 days paid holiday a year (including bank holidays)
- Free access to all TELOMYX tests
- Real autonomy, with no micromanagement
- Ongoing training and development as we grow
- The chance to be the face of a fast growing brand at the cutting edge of preventative health and longevity
The honest bit
This role is solo, field-based and physically active. Hours vary and include early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays. You will spend real time behind the wheel of a large van and on your feet running tests. If that sounds like freedom rather than a downside, and you love the idea of helping people take control of their health, you will do well here.
How to apply
Hit Apply with your CV and a short note telling us why health, fitness and longevity matter to you, and one thing you would do to make a client's testing experience feel premium. We read every one.
